Pumpkin town

It just so happens that we got to spend my birthday with the Shutt family at the pumpkin patch this year! I love that my birthday is in the fall. It's my favorite season. Even though we've had rather warm days so far, we did have a taste last week of what Autumn should feel like. Since Sarah and her family were in town for my b-day, we decided to take the girls to a pumpkin patch (or Tulsa's version of one). We all enjoyed being outside and watching the girls run around exploring every corner of the place. They especially enjoyed the little play houses and the inflatable slides as well as pushing miniature pumpkins around in miniature wheel barrows. They each picked out a small pumpkin to take home and had to "wheel" those around for a while too. Maybe next year I'll be writing about the girls AND Henry (who slept most of the time) having fun picking pumpkins.
