What would Alea do without her Grandma (left) and her Mimi (right)? Words cannot express how grateful Wren and I are for these two women. Having that support close to us has been amazing not to mention how much better off Alea is having them close enough to really be in relationship with them.
We are so happy to have you both in our lives. Thank you two so much for all you do.
(BTW, we love the grandpas too)
Also, to update you all on our little nephew.....he came home last Saturday after the Doctor finally okayed his weight gain. We had all anticipated his home coming to be the Friday before but he had lost a few ounces from Thursday to Friday and the Doctor wasn't ready to let him leave. Natalie joked that she was going to put rocks in his diaper the next morning before his weight check. Luckily he was able to pass the test and was released from the hospital on Saturday the 5th. We are all happy that he is doing well and according to his Mimi, is eating very well and is acting like a new born should. Wren and I are planning a trip this weekend to meet him for the first time. It's going to be strange to hold a new born again since Alea isn't so tiny anymore.
